Do you see yourself in this picture? No, really. Do you see yourself? I know some of you do and I know some of you have already booked your tickets to return! If you love skiing, love hanging with like-minded people who love to ski, ride, do yoga, and live life to the fullest, you’ve found your tribe! You will see yourself in this picture next year! We are gathering our Jackson Hole family once again, in some of the most amazing ski and snowboard terrain in the country! Get ready to experience complete bliss while you churn up fresh pow with every turn in the greatest ski mountain in the old US of A. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the Grand Tetons!
Think Jackson Hole is for the Big Leagues? Well, it is, however, it’s a little known fact that JH Mountain Resort is as great a place for learning to ski as it is for cruising, long intermediate groomers. Beginner and intermediate trails make up 50% of the terrain, meaning that the non-advanced/expert terrain acreage (1250 acres) is larger than many ski resorts’ total terrain. Yes, they’re known for the Aerial Tram and expert terrain, but that’s only half the story, with the Bridger Gondola and Apres Vous Quad accessing the mellow side of the mountain. You can find tons of local information at their website JacksonHole.com.
With regard to the retreat, we will begin our days with Ted’s yoga class and/or an exercise class taught by Tony Horton, creator of P90X. That’s followed by an amazing catered breakfast/brunch and then we head to the mountain for a day of cutting tracks and exploring Jackson Hole’s glorious mountain! If you can tear yourself away from the slopes, we will meet for some lunch and share stories of the morning, then go create more amazing memories in the afternoon!
We have a block of discounted rooms for our group. The Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa is where we’ll be eating and doing all the yoga and exercise classes. It is ski in/ski out and will be very convenient if you’re staying at TML. You can either contact us or the hotel to book the rooms. Of course, you’re welcome to stay anywhere in town or at the Four Seasons, Hotel Terra, or many of the other great hotels. If you’re staying off the property, this is where you’ll want to meet for all exercise, yoga and meals. Upon registration you should book your accommodations.
